Conical cups are constructed of high-grade abrasion and chemical resistant solid-cast polyurethane material. Sizes 2” through 14” are manufactured for center-rod-type pigs with center hole, and sizes 16” through 48” with bolting pattern configuration. The conical design provides a larger wear surface for longer runs, and smaller bolt circle for better sealing capabilities, more flexibility, and ability to negotiate up to 15% reductions and deformations in nominal size pipe. Options include varying durometers (hardness); customized dimensions for special pigging applications
