The LRB brush assembly comes complete with all components to completely refurbish the LRB pig, including brush, backing plate, brush guide, springs, nuts and bolts. Standard brush material is high wear and abrasion resistant oil-tempered carbon-steel spring wire. The springs are manufactured from high-quality spring material chosen for its high resistance to stress fatigue, and heat treated to industry standards. Options include stainless steel or prostran brush material, or polyurethane blades (see separate category); flat or round wire; customized dimensions for special pigging applications; custom manufactured replacements for pigs manufactured by others.
