The CRB blade assembly comes complete with all components to completely refurbish the CRB pig, including rib blade, springs, nuts and bolts. Rib blades are constructed of high-grade abrasion and chemical resistant solid-cast polyurethane material. Mounting configuration is the same as brushes found standard on steel cleaning pigs. The springs are manufactured from high-quality spring material chosen for its high resistance to stress fatigue, and heat treated to industry standards. Options include varying durometers (hardness); customized dimensions for special pigging applications; custom manufactured replacements for pigs manufactured by others.
