The FWP5 pig is equipped with bullet nose, multiple discs, and cup-shaped rear. It’s constructed from medium-density open-cell polyurethane foam with a high-grade abrasion and chemical resistant polyurethane elastomer coating. The multiple sealing discs and rear cup make it an excellent pig for regular wiping, batching, dewatering and product removal. Options include bare (no coating); varying gauges of wirebrush and plastic bristle; dual-diameter configuration; pulling rope or cable; transmitter or pinger cavity; magnets; customized diameters and lengths for special pigging applications.
