Light-density wirebrush foam pigs are constructed of light density foam, coated with polyurethane elastomer in a criss-cross pattern, and equipped with wirebrush straps. They are used for light cleaning applications for buildup removal, and where low volumes and pressures are present. Options and other configurations include double-dish, double-nose, pulling rope or cable, transmitter or pinger cavity, jetting bypass ports, magnets, and customized diameters and lengths for special pigging applications.
Standard light density foam is 1.2 lbs/ft3 foam. Various light density foam options are available upon request.
