VP-3BR Conical-Cup Brush Pigs consist of a carbon-steel body equipped with three (3) easily replaceable polyurethane conical cups and spring-mounted brushes. Models 2″ through 8″ are center-rod type and 10″ and up are bolting pattern configuration. They are also capable of being fitted with a gauging plate machined to customer specifications. Options and other configurations include carbon-steel, stainless-steel or aluminum body; cups manufactured from polyurethane in varying durometers (hardness); carbon-steel, stainless-steel, or prostran brushes; aluminum or steel gauging plate of varying thickness (available with slots); transmitter or pinger cavity; magnets for ferrous debris or for magnetic detection; modified configuration to include discs for increased sealing capabilities; customized dimensions for special pigging applications.
