Standard scraper discs are constructed of high-grade abrasion and chemical resistant solid-cast polyurethane material. Sizes 2” through 14” are manufactured for center-rod-type pigs with center-hole, and sizes 16” through 48” are manufactured with bolting pattern configuration. Options include neoprene, viton, epdm, buna-n or other elastomer compounds for special services; varying durometers (hardness); customized dimensions for special pigging applications.
