Heavy-density plastic bristle foam pigs are constructed of heavy density foam, coated with polyurethane elastomer in a criss-cross pattern, and equipped with plastic bristle straps. They are used for heavy cleaning applications for buildup removal in internally coated or plastic pipe (PVC, fiberglass, HDPE). Options and other configurations include double-dish, double-nose, pulling rope or cable, transmitter or pinger cavity, jetting bypass ports, magnets, and customized diameters and lengths for special pigging applications.
